We're looking for a Change Management Specialist to join our Strategy and Transformation team, with a full-time focus in our Change Management Office. In this role, you'll play a key part in planning and executing change initiatives, ensuring stakeholders are aware, prepared, and supported every step of the way. This is a full-time hybrid position (in office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday with the ability to work remote on Wednesdays and Fridays) located at our headquarters in Stevens Point, WI. You'll contribute to change success through the following responsibilities: * Develop and deliver effective communication strategies and plans to ensure initiative stakeholders are informed and engaged, while harnessing a variety of change management and leadership methodologies and best practices. * Develop, edit, and deliver communications content that maximizes awareness, buy-in, engagement, and adoption of a change while applying change communication best practices such as use of a variety of mediums, communication formatting, information flow, visualizations, and more to maximize readability and engagement of messages. For example, communications that: * Effectively reach the target audience to tell the initiative's story to aid in the delivery and acceptance of the change * Put people first and convey empathy while informing and engaging the intended audience; ensuring audience needs and feedback are incorporated to improve deliverables. * Work with the project team to provide strategic and collaborative thinking to drive projects and initiatives, including brainstorming, developing, and executing communication strategies and tactics. * Create and provide change communication materials such as templates, guides, toolkits, emails, and presentations. * Conduct stakeholder communication analysis to inform communication strategy and planning. * May assist in change impact analysis, stakeholder analysis, risk analysis, change leadership activity idea creation and recommendations, and monitoring, assessing, and adapting change leadership activities. * Measure and assess feedback, behavior, and opinions (e.g., through surveys, interviews, focus groups) to assess change risk, challenges, and progress to inform and adapt change communication strategy, planning, and execution. * Collaborate and coordinate with Marketing Communications to plan and complete necessary communication deliverables to external stakeholder audiences. * Support the work of the Change Management Office (CMO) and collaborate with the other members of the CMO to ensure we are living out our change vision. Experience Required * 3 - 5 years: Experience in change management or supporting change leadership through major organizational change (for example, application of change management methodology, change communication, and change analysis).
