Full description of the position
As the Manager - System Implementation and Change Management, you will oversee and orchestrate the deployment of Wesco's enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, ensuring the project meets all requirements and deliverables. You will lead project teams, manage stakeholders, develop and deliver training to end- users, drive utilization of systems and business processes including the customer relationship management (CRM) system and providing on-going systems support. Responsibilities: * Execute comprehensive change management plans to facilitate the smooth adoption of Wesco's new ERP platform and CRM across all affected business units. * Lead and manage a diverse group of stakeholders, including business leaders, functional experts, and end-users, ensuring alignment and effective communication throughout the implementation process. * Design, create, and deliver training programs tailored to various user groups, ensuring all users are equipped to effectively utilize the new system. * Develop and disseminate clear, concise, and engaging communications regarding system changes, benefits, and timelines to all stakeholders. * Utilize program management methodologies to coordinate activities across multiple stakeholder groups, track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of implementation milestones. * Work closely with customers to ensure clear understanding of impact, expectations, and benefits of the new platform. * Provide ongoing support and resources to users and customers post-implementation, addressing concerns and gathering feedback for continuous improvement. Qualifications: * Bachelors Degree - Business or related technical field * A minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, training, and communications within large-scale system implementations * Proven experience in managing large, diverse stakeholder groups, with a focus on effective communication and relationship-building * Strong understanding of system implementations, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to modern technologies * Demonstrated commitment to user satisfaction, with a user-centric approach to training and support * Ability to travel 0% - 25% Compensation Details $106,352 - $180,798 Annually This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements. For eligible positions, compensation may also include participation in a bonus or sales compensation plan paid according to achievement against sales targets and/or business objectives. Depending on the role, equity and other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package.
