Our firm seeks an expert BizDev leader to develop and optimize our national attorney referral partner network, ensuring seamless case intake, strong partner relationships, and revenue growth through fee-sharing agreements. What You 'll Do: * Build and scale a national network of law firm referral partners. * Implement and manage sales processes, CRM systems, and performance metrics. * Drive client success through strategic partner engagement and performance tracking. * Oversee financials related to referral revenue, contract pricing, and growth metrics. * Develop high-impact relationships through networking, outreach, and relationship management. * Lead technology and software onboarding efforts for new referral partners. * Facilitate strategic Business Reviews and performance discussions with partners and firm leadership.
