This position will be focusing primarily on selling and managing leads regarding Roofing, Siding and Windows but our teams are very capable so there are other opportunities to sell as well once you're comfortable with the first 3 on this list. Here's what we do- -Roofing -Siding -Windows -Remodels -Concrete -Flooring -Decks -Pole Barns and more! Heres what we need from you- -Basic knowledge of most of the items listed above with skills and the confidence to close and generate leads -Basic understanding of marketing and sales strategies -Offer excellent customer service when appropriate and the ability to have conversations with customers as needed to update them on progress or necessary changes as needed -Lead a sales team successfully by setting expectations and giving feedback when appropriate -Read and understand basic building plans and follow instructions This is not an office job. You can work from home when appropriate otherwise you will be out in the field everyday generating and following up on leads and following up with customers. Our service area is Findlay +35 miles radius an ideal candidate will live in or very close to Findlay. We are not your typical construction company. We're motivated, growing, and setting a new standard in our area for service and quality. This position will pay $85,000 - $150,000 based on recent sales history and your ability to close. There are no caps on commissions and we will be providing some leads to you. This is a full commission position with fuel and mileage paid for use of your personal vehicle.
