Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Center Representative to join our team. Duties * Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate interest. * Engage in cold calling efforts to build a robust pipeline of leads. * Maintain organized records of customer interactions and follow-ups. * Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on lead conversion and improve outreach techniques. Skills * Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outbound sales environment. * Strong public speaking abilities, comfortable presenting information clearly and confidently. * Bilingual capabilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with a broader audience. * Proficient in cold calling techniques with a track record of successful lead generation. * Excellent phone etiquette, ensuring professionalism during all customer interactions. * Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. * Familiarity with inventory control processes is a plus.
