Sales Associates - Full- & Part-Time We are seeking experienced Sales Associates FT / PT for our new location in Wrentham Outlet Mall. 1 Premium Outlet Blvd, Wrentham MA 02093 WE ARE one of the longest established and one of the largest modern Men's fashion retailer over 90 owned retail stores in Europe over 90 years with high fashion men's collection. The collection is contemporary, modern, and stylish. YOU ARE a skilled retail expert who understands the passion and love in the details and fashion, able to manage multiple responsibilities and remain positive, calm; creative; a generally happy, upbeat personality. RESPONSIBILITIES QUALIFICATIONS for Sales Associates Position: * Strong Retail experience is necessary, with a minimum of 3 years of prior retail experience is required. * Established experience in retail sales in a men's wear preferred but not required * Prior experience in managing a team by leading, motivating, training and developing through active management * Excellent and outstanding customer service * Proven track record of increasing sales and consistently ranking as a top performer. * Exceptional written and verbal communication and strong operational skills. * The proven ability to engage and inspire a team * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with senior members of staff both * Multilingual ability preferred but not required. * Benefits and Compensation: * Compensation commensurate with an experience we're willing to train the right candidate or hire someone with prior experience * Flexible schedule as much as possible with unpaid leave available * Continuing education Overtime often available: * Yes Billing cycle: * Weekly Sales environment(s): * Store Onboarding time: * Less than 1 month Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Shift: * Day shift * Evening shift * Morning shift Ability to Relocate: * Wrentham, MA 02093: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
