Full description of the position
Job Description * NOTE: THIS POSITION IS 1099 - Commission Only* As a SaaS Sales Representative , you will be responsible for generating new business by identifying, engaging, and closing deals with government contracting companies that need a modern ATS. You will play a key role in the full sales cycle , from prospecting and outreach to product demonstrations and contract negotiations. Responsibilities * Prospect & Outreach: Identify potential clients (hiring managers, directors of recruiting) using LinkedIn, cold email, and networking. * Lead Nurturing: Follow a structured sales outreach sequence to engage potential buyers, including profile viewing, messaging, and follow-ups. * Product Demonstrations: Conduct virtual demos to showcase how Agile ATS solves hiring challenges in the government contracting space. * Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized pipeline in a CRM, tracking opportunities from initial contact to closing. * Customer Needs Analysis: Understand the unique pain points of government contractors and position Agile ATS as the ideal solution. * Contract Negotiations: Handle pricing discussions, objections, and contract terms to close deals effectively. * Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. , Required Skills 1+ years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in HR tech, ATS, or recruiting software. * Strong understanding of government contracting hiring processes (preferred but not required). * Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas. * Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and automation platforms like Meet Alfred. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment. , Desired Skills Sales Prospecting & Lead Generation: Strong ability to research, identify, and engage with potential clients using LinkedIn, cold outreach, and sales automation tools. * Consultative Selling: Experience in understanding client pain points and positioning Agile ATS as the ideal solution through value-based selling. * ATS & HR Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) , HR technology, or recruitment software is a plus. * Understanding of Government Contracting: Knowledge of hiring processes in the GovCon space , including compliance requirements, is highly desirable. * CRM & Sales Automation Proficiency: Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and sales engagement platforms like Meet Alfred or SalesLoft. * Technical Demo Skills: Ability to conduct engaging and informative software demonstrations via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. * Negotiation & Closing: Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills to drive deals to closure. * Adaptability & Resilience: Comfortable with a fast-paced, remote work environment and able to handle rejection while maintaining momentum. * Data-Driven Approach: Ability to track sales metrics and continuously optimize outreach strategies. , About Demo * Agile Onboarding* is a Software as a Service (Saas) tool, which provides Applicant Tracking, Onboarding and HR services to its clients.
