Full description of the position

Position Overview We are seeking highly driven outside sales professionals with a "hunter" mentality to develop new business in the multifamily property sector. You will be responsible for selling make-ready and renovation services through short sales cycles, requiring strong relationship-building skills and the ability to generate leads via daily property visits. Key Responsibilities * Prospecting & Outreach: Conduct 10-15 daily property visits to identify new opportunities. * Short Sales Cycle Management: Efficiently move prospects through a consultative sales process. * Relationship Building: Cold call, leverage internal resources, and foster long-term partnerships with multifamily property managers. * Territory Management: Own an assigned territory in the Atlanta area, operating primarily in the field. * Sales Reporting: Track activity and pipeline progress, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ideal Candidate Profile * Experience: 1-2 years of outside sales experience within a service-focused industry (experience with companies like Ready Carpet, Cintas, or Terminix is a plus). * Sales Approach: Proven methods to create and close new business; comfortable with cold calling and short sales cycles. * Drive & Motivation: A self-starter who thrives in a competitive environment and is motivated by uncapped earning potential. * Industry Knowledge: Background in multifamily services or renovation solutions strongly preferred (or willingness to learn).
