Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales, maintaining store standards, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Assist customers with product selection, demonstrating knowledge of merchandise. * Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures. * Maintain stock levels and organize merchandise on the sales floor. * Utilize retail math to assist in inventory management and sales reporting. * Supervise junior staff members as needed, providing guidance and support. * Implement upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and improve sales performance. * Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding store operations. * Uphold store policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and organized environment. Requirements * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette. * Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist in stock management. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. * Proven skills in cash handling and point-of-sale systems. * Experience in supervising or training staff is a plus. * A positive attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
