Selling and servicing property and casualty, life, and health insurance to meet the ever changing clients' insurance needs. Selling and servicing property and casualty, life, and health insurance to clients' ever changing insurance needs. * Completes coverage by delivering policy, planning future follow-up visits and evaluations of needs. * Service existing customers with payments/endorsement changes/quoting new business for home and auto. * Determines clients' particular needs and financial situations by scheduling fact-finding appointments; determining extent of present coverage and investments; ascertaining long-term goals. * Develops base for long-term sources of clients by using referrals, occupational, and special-interest groups to compile lists of prospects. * Develops a coordinated protection plan by calculating and quoting rates for immediate coverage action and long-term strategy implementation. * Obtains underwriting approval by completing application for coverage. * Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. * Enhances insurance agency reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. * Requirements Maintain a sufficient understanding of and adhere to regulatory compliance as applicable, including BSA/OFAC Excellent Customer Service Skills, Selling to Customer Needs, Client Relationships, People Skills, Product Knowledge, General Math Skills, Organization, Dependability, Statistical Analysis, Licensed in Property & Casualty. Life & Health license helpful but not required. Physical Qualifications: * Able to lift &/or carry up to 25 lbs. if needed (banker boxes) * Able to sit or stand for extended periods of time. * Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and mouse.
