Job Summary: We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, and driving sales growth. This role requires a strong ability to upsell, promote products, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor while ensuring an outstanding shopping experience. Responsibilities: * Greet and engage customers to provide personalized service and product recommendations for their cell phone services. * Conduct product demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits to drive sales. * Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and resolving any issues efficiently. * Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally. * Stay knowledgeable about the company's cell products and services to educate and inform customers. * Answer phone inquiries with proper etiquette and assist customers with questions or issues. * Identify upselling opportunities to maximize sales and revenue. * Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive store environment and achieve business objectives. Qualifications: * Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred. * Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide exceptional service and build customer relationships. * Technical Skills: Familiarity with technology and ability to learn new technology quickly. * Professionalism: Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. * Flexibility: Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. * Team Player: Ability to collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
