We are currently seeking an Insurance Sales Representative with a strong track record in sales. Salary: $55000 - $75000 per year * Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Evenings Off * Responsibilities* * Generate new business through phone, email, referrals, and networking * Make 100+ outbound calls per day to prospective clients * Develop and maintain referral partnerships with local professionals * Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions * Educate prospects on coverage options and the value of protection * Track and manage pipeline activity to meet monthly production goals Requirements * Proven track record of 20+ items sold per month required * Valid Property & Casualty license required * Prior experience working remotely and managing your own workflow * A quiet, dedicated home office setup * Strong self-motivation with a positive, team-oriented mindset * Excellent communication and time management skills * Bilingual in Spanish and English is a bonus Company Description Insurance agency
