Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated F&I Manager to join our dynamic team at a leading automotive dealership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales and finance, with the ability to build lasting customer relationships and drive profitability through effective upselling and loan processing. This role is essential in ensuring that our customers receive the best financing options available while maintaining compliance with all regulations. Duties * Collaborate with sales staff to understand customer needs and provide tailored financing solutions. * Manage the entire loan process, including application submission, negotiation with lenders, and finalizing contracts. * Utilize financial software to analyze customer credit profiles and determine suitable financing options. * Upsell additional products and services that enhance the customer's purchase experience. * Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure compliance with dealership policies and legal regulations. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to financing. * Train and mentor junior staff on financial processes, customer relationship management, and effective negotiation techniques. Requirements * Proven experience in automotive sales or as a loan officer within a dealership environment. * Strong understanding of financial software and loan processing systems. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to upsell effectively. * Basic math skills for accurate calculations related to financing options. * Exceptional customer relationship management abilities to foster trust and satisfaction. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with customers and lenders.
