Full description of the position

Location: Remote (Midwest-based preferred) | Frequent Travel Required About the Role: Jennmar Services, a proven leader in coal mine labor staffing, is expanding. We're seeking a Business Development Manager to lead our charge into new industries--specifically construction, oil & gas, and agriculture. If you've got B2B sales experience, a strong work ethic, and can talk business in a hard hat or a boardroom, we want to talk to you. This role is designed for someone who's self-driven, knows how to build relationships from the ground up, and is ready to help us grow into new markets while still staying hands-on with key accounts. What You'll Do: * Identify, pursue, and secure new clients in construction, oil & gas, agriculture, and related industries * Sell both temporary and full-time labor solutions to companies throughout the Midwest * Build strong relationships with site managers, project leads, and company decision-makers * Travel regularly to meet with clients on-site and understand their workforce needs * Assist in account management to ensure clients receive top-tier service and support * Work closely with internal recruiters and operations to ensure job placements go smoothly * Report regularly on sales pipeline, targets, and performance metrics * Represent Jennmar Services with professionalism, grit, and integrity What We're Looking For: * 3+ years of B2B sales experience in staffing, construction services, industrial supply, or similar fields * Comfortable working with blue-collar industries and understanding their labor needs * Strong network and understanding of the Midwest market (preferred) * Willingness to travel frequently throughout the region * Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive growth from scratch * Great communication and follow-up skills * Ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain long-term relationships Compensation & Perks: * Base salary + commission structure (based on experience and performance) * Mileage reimbursement and travel expense coverage * Opportunities for advancement as the industrial division grows * Work-from-home flexibility when not traveling * Join a trusted, growing company with a strong foundation and big vision Sound like you?
