Full description of the position

Physical Requirements : * Perform all duties in a safe and consistent manner. * Capable of pushing or pulling up to 50 lbs. and lifting up to 50 lbs. * Capable of safely traversing uneven terrain (day and night) Daily completion of applicable paperwork such as: * Generate customer quotes based on project specifications * General email correspondence to customers and company personnel Driving : * Interstate, state and county highways, city streets, dirt roads and mine sites * Operate a company light duty pickup truck in a safe and lawful manner while visiting job sites * Ability to navigate to job locations and identify safe areas to park * Ability to recognize potential job site hazards and notify mixer drivers and other personnel General: * Review billing to assure customers are receiving correct quoted pricing. * Monthly forecast & reforecast of ready mix & aggregate volumes along with the average selling price. * Prepare monthly PowerPoint presentation to report to corporate management. * Track sales representatives' interactions with customers and outcomes to the overall volume and selling price. * Oversee the Quality Control department with focus on quality of product and costs reductions. * Work with Dispatch Manager to monitor timely delivery of product and satisfaction of customers. * Work closely with Ready Mix & Aggregate Operations Managers to keep record of any changing material costs to confirm accurate pricing to customers. * Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time and maintain/organize information Behaviors Preferred * Enthusiastic: Shows intense and eager enjoyment and interest Motivations Preferred * Self-Starter: Inspired to perform without outside help Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
