Position: Sales Representative (Cannabis Industry) Territory: Most of Michigan Location: Ideally within 1 hour of Lansing, MI Compensation: Fully negotiable, based on experience Benefits: Full benefits package Product Lines: Flower, Pre-Rolls, Edibles, Vapes We're seeking a driven and connected Sales Representative to help expand our footprint across Michigan. This individual will be responsible for managing dispensary accounts, driving revenue growth, and educating clients on our full line of products. The ideal candidate comes with an existing book of purchasers and strong relationships within the Michigan cannabis retail landscape. Responsibilities: * Manage, grow, and retain a portfolio of retail accounts across the state * Leverage existing relationships to introduce our brand and products * Provide ongoing education and support to clients * Collaborate with internal teams on order fulfillment, launches, and feedback * Represent the brand at industry events and pop-ups Requirements: * Prior cannabis sales experience with an established buyer network is highly preferred * Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills * Willingness to travel extensively throughout the state * Based within one hour of Lansing, MI We offer flexible, negotiable compensation, full benefits, and the chance to work with a passionate, quality-driven company in one of the most exciting markets in the country.
