About Us: West Coast Trial Lawyers, a downtown Los Angeles Personal Injury law firm, seeks an experienced Sales Consultant to consult with our team on a contract basis. While prior law firm experience is not necessary, we're looking for someone with a strong sales background. Role Overview: As a Sales Consultant, you will provide strategic guidance and training to our sales team to help boost sales and secure signed clients. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in sales strategy, working closely with our team to optimize their approach and effectiveness in driving business growth. This role focuses on equipping the sales team with the necessary skills to identify client opportunities and close deals. Responsibilities: * Provide strategic guidance and training to the sales team to boost sales and secure signed retainers * Coach and mentor the team on effective sales strategies and techniques * Assist in refining the sales process to improve efficiency and conversion rates * Collaborate with our legal team to ensure alignment on client needs and solutions * Monitor sales team performance and offer feedback to support continual growth * Help the sales team better understand client needs and tailor sales approaches accordingly Requirements: * Proven experience as a sales consultant in a consultative sales environment (real estate, service industries, etc.) * Strong ability to train, mentor, and provide strategic direction to a sales team * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Experience in refining sales processes and achieving targets through strategic leadership * No law firm experience required, but experience in consultative sales is required To Apply: If you're a motivated and results-driven sales consultant ready to make an impact, we'd love to hear from you.
