American Security & Gate Company is looking for an energetic and driven Wholesale Sales Manager to generate new business and oversee customer relationships to achieve sales goals. The manager engages clients to offer products and/or services relevant to the identified needs. The ideal candidate has a background in sales and construction, but we will train the right candidate who is motivated to take over and grow an already-strong portfolio. The Wholesale Sales Manager position is a great opportunity for recent graduates with business, marketing, or construction degrees, but a degree is not required. Responsibilities * Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, emails, and referrals. * Discuss pricing with customers to close deals effectively. * Conduct weekly sales meeting with Branch Manager to strategize how to best remain competitive in the marketplace. * Build and maintain long-term client relationships to promote repeat business and customer loyalty. * Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly. * Maintain detailed records of quotes, purchase orders, invoices, and other information as needed. * Foster an effective and efficient work environment through communication collaboration with Project Managers, sales staff, and yard personnel. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or construction preferred but not required. * Experience in construction sales, business to business, or other lead generation techniques. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent sales, customer service, and negotiation skills. * Demonstrated research ability. * Adept in use of Microsoft Office Suite and proficient skill to quickly learn other productivity, sales, and related programs. * Responsive to changing priorities.
