What Makes This Role Unique * Remote Freedom: Work from anywhere--your couch, a coffee shop, or a beach. As long as you've got WiFi and cell service, you're good to go. What You 'll Do As a Sales Representative, you'll: * Prospect and Qualify: Find and engage potential clients who need HR solutions, uncovering the best opportunities through thoughtful outreach. * Build Referral Networks: Cultivate relationships with referral partners to create a steady stream of high-quality leads. * Close Deals: Secure new clients by showcasing the value of our HR consulting services and aligning them with their business needs. * Manage Leads: Use our CRM system (Hubspot) to keep detailed records of prospects, leads, and referral activities, ensuring timely follow-ups. * Collaborate: Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients and an exceptional customer experience. * Exceed Expectations: Hit your targets, exceed goals, and earn the rewards that come with them. Your Skills and Experience * 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in professional services or HR-related industries. * A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (please submit examples with your application). * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (bilingual is a bonus). * Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM platforms for managing a sales pipeline. * Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
