Are you an experienced call center agent looking for a change? Looking to work in one of the nations fastest growing industries? Renu Solar and Roofing is seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Call Center Agent specializing in scheduling sales appointments. Ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are motivated. Responsibilities: * Engage with prospective customers via inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments for our sales team. * Utilize effective communication skills to educate customers about our solar and roofing products and services. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment details. * Collaborate closely with sales representatives to ensure seamless scheduling and follow-up. * Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment scheduling targets. Requirements: * Proven experience as a call center agent or similar customer service role. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Experience with CRM software or appointment scheduling systems is a plus. * Passion for renewable energy and sustainability is desirable.
