As we continue to grow, we're seeking a talented and experienced Automotive BDC Manager to lead our dynamic Business Development Center team and drive continued success. Job Description: We're looking for a proven leader to oversee our Sales BDC Representatives and optimize our lead generation and customer engagement strategies. As the BDC Manager , you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the BDC department, coaching and developing team members, improving performance metrics, and collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences. Responsibilities: * Supervise and support BDC Representatives in handling inbound and outbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and chat. * Monitor lead flow and ensure timely follow-up on all sales opportunities. * Set performance goals, track KPIs, and implement action plans for continuous improvement. * Provide ongoing training, motivation, and performance feedback to BDC staff. * Collaborate with sales managers and department heads to align BDC efforts with dealership goals. * Maintain and improve CRM processes to ensure accurate data entry and lead tracking. * Analyze campaign effectiveness and customer trends to inform future strategies. * Ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained across all touchpoints. Requirements: * Automotive BDC management experience required (minimum 2 years). * Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams. * Proficiency with CRM systems (Focus, DealerSocket, VinSolutions, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite. * Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. * Results-driven mindset with a deep understanding of the sales process and customer experience. * Ability to work on-site and lead by example in a fast-paced dealership environment. * High school diploma required; college degree preferred. Experience: * Automotive experience: 5 years (Preferred) We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary plus commission.
