Our Business Development Center (BDC) team is critical in engaging with potential customers, following up on leads, and contributing to our overall sales success. We seek motivated and professional individuals to join our dynamic team as a BDC Representative. Job Description: The BDC Representative will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound communication with potential customers, handling internet and phone inquiries, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This is a high call volume position in an outbound call center environment, requiring a proactive attitude and the ability to follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities: * Handle a high volume of outbound calls daily to potential and existing customers. * Respond to internet leads and inquiries via phone, email, and text in a prompt, professional, and effective manner. * Set appointments for customers to meet with the sales team. * Follow up on leads that are not yet ready to purchase. * Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and update all customer contact logs daily. * Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals for outbound dials, email responses, and appointment setting. * Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the lead response process. Qualifications: * Prior experience in a BDC role, customer service, or a high-volume outbound call center is preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. * Strong computer proficiency , including advanced skills in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and the ability to quickly learn new software and technology tools. * Self-motivated and goal-oriented. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
