The Nation's Largest Pool Builder is looking for A TOP LEVEL SALES ASSOCIATE! Premier Pools & Spas, the Nation's largest, privately owned and fastest- growing swimming pool builder has an amazing opportunity for a Sales Manager to sell and design swimming pools and develop a new territory! Job is paid commission. Leads supplied by company. Appointments are set by our in-house Lead Specialist. Expected starting Sales Volume Annually of $2,500,000.00. Most competitive Commission Rate in the industry. Top Earners are making $250,000+ Job Requirements; * 3+ years' successful experience in fast paced, top-level sales * Must have High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's in related field a plus! * Must have valid driver's license. * Must be able to pass drug test/have clean background report. * Spanish Speaking a huge plus Ideal Candidate Characteristics: * Self-starter * Positive Attitude * Teachable * Competitive * Motivator * Strong Work Ethic * Person of Integrity * Proficient on Basic Computer Functions & Design Software (Skills Test Required) * Successful Experience in Fast-Paced, Top Level Six-Figure Sales * Reliable transportation needed to attend meetings, sales calls, etc. Job Compensation: * Uncapped commissions of 5.5% on Net Sales Volume. Average point of Sale; $100,000.00 * Potential first-year earnings, $100,000+ * First year draw on future commissions. * First-class sales incentive trips * Additional Bonus & Reward Program Responsibilities: Sale, Design & Project Management * Conduct "Design Consultation" where the salesperson meets with customers and explains the features and merits of pool ownership * After assessing customer needs and expectations, design and recommend a backyard pool, utilizing professional pool design software. (VIP3D, Pool Studio) * Conduct immediate and scheduled follow-up appointments. * Using a presentation binder, conduct "design presentation" to present the company, provides differentiation, and explain the process of building a pool to customers. * Be present at Day of Dig and Day of Gunite, to walk customers and construction managers through job phases. * Build referral relationships. * Exceed customer expectations.
