This role involves direct engagement with exsisting and new customers, showcasing products, and managing territory sales to drive business growth. The Sales Professional will be responsible for understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions that enhance their experience. Responsibilities * Conduct direct sales activities to meet or exceed sales targets within assigned territory. * Manage and expand territory effectively, ensuring optimal coverage and customer engagement. * Perform product demonstrations to educate customers on features and benefits. * Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth. * Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing market share. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups. Experience * Proven experience in direct sales, with a strong track record in growing an established business . * Familiarity with technical sales processes and the ability to anticipate product offerings. * Experience in sales is highly desirable. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. * Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs. * Previous experience in auto body repair, mechanic or maintenance departments is a plus but not a requirement.
