*A family-owned and innovative automotive sales and service company in Rockville, MD, is looking to add a highly motivated Sales Manager to our team of sales professionals. The official job title is Sales Manager because the salesperson/associate at MemberCar specializes in managing the entire car- buying process from start to finish. Our vehicle purchase experience ensures clients feel safe and comfortable; they have one central person to deal with during the process and long after. This family-oriented environment makes us stand out from traditional dealerships, and all Car Salespeople are provided with F &I training and resources needed to advance their careers in sales and finance. The ideal candidate will be self motivated, eager to learn and grow, and willing to work closely with a team of like-minded individuals, including a hands-on owner. Excellent communication and organization skills are a must, as well as a "Can Do" attitude and a desire to provide the highest level of client service and an extraordinary customer experience.
