Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Appointment Generator to join our team. This is a 25-hour per week part-time position that pays a competitive hourly rate, PLUS an aggressive commission program and additional bonuses! Weekly Schedule (All shifts are required) Monday - Friday 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Perfect Position for students or retirees! Your daily mission is cold calling California Residents to set appointments for no cost estimates on heating & air conditioning systems. Any previous experience in home improvement telemarketing/lead setting is a huge plus. Responsibilities * Utilize outbound calling techniques to generate leads and set appointments for the sales team. * Communicate clearly and effectively with prospects to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the appointment generation process. Experience * Previous experience in telemarketing or outbound calling is REQUIRED. * Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. . * A background in customer service will be beneficial in understanding client needs and building rapport.
