Availability Full-Time Reach out at [please apply online] Overview Join Cover's fast growing team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while growing Cover's sales funnel in this entry level sales and business development role. Role * Be the first point of contact for customers interested in purchasing our products * Field phone calls and emails with potential customers, work through a qualification process with them and pass qualified leads to the Sales Manager * Provide feedback on the efficiency of customer service processes and aid in the continual improvement of customer service and sales processes. * Assist in the development of marketing materials, email campaigns and the organizing of in-person marketing events * Support special projects related to sales outreach and funnel optimization Experience * 1-3+ years high-touch customer service/sales experience * Technical background * Business development experience and or business degree a plus * Architecture/design background a plus * Strong problem solving skills * Strong written, verbal and phone communication skills * Able to positively and effectively communicate technical information with external customers * Exceptionally organized Compensation All our positions offer a compensation package that includes equity and robust benefits. The base cash salary for this position ranges from $70,000 - $75,000 per year. Our compensation package extends beyond cash salary and encompasses various elements that contribute to a comprehensive rewards system.
