Full description of the position

Deloitte is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our AWS Government & Public Services (GPS) Growth Office. This role is critical in driving the operational success and strategic growth of our AWS investment programs. The AWS GPS Growth Office Leader will be responsible for managing the complete investment portfolio, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs), and maintaining strong relationships with ecosystem partners. * Key Responsibilities: * Sales and Growth * Achieve sales targets across Deloitte's Government & Public Services (GPS) business * Expand qualified pipeline of opportunities across sectors * Investment Portfolio Management: * Manage the complete investment portfolio for Deloitte, including each investment program. * Maintain a pipeline of potential opportunities by investment program. * Ensure Deloitte is meeting KPIs relative to specific SCAs (Strategic Collaboration Agreements). * Governance and Reporting: * Manage governance processes by investment program and improve as needed. * Publish investment reports (by program) on pipeline, investments, ROI, and overall health. * Publish communications on the investment programs and Alliance. * Integration and Facilitation: * Facilitate the integration of additional programs/services to the Growth Office portfolio. * Facilitate with regional leads to provide governance and investment program guidance while receiving pipeline and expected opportunity information. * Identify additional opportunities to maximize the impact of available investment programs. * Facilitate operationalization of additional investment programs in coordination with the ecosystem provider. Program-Dedicated Lead: * Point of Contact and Coordination: * Be the single point of contact for Deloitte. * Coordinate directly with the ecosystem program lead weekly to discuss progress, resolve issues, plan for future iterations of the investment program, and support analysis. * Publish investment reporting to Deloitte leadership. * Tracking and Analysis: * Maintain a tracker of investment funding requests to Jupiter entries, tagging appropriate entries on Jupiter. * Support detailed analysis requests from leadership to determine investment impact and ROI. * Explore opportunities to better utilize the investment program throughout the opportunity ecosystem. * Support and Collaboration: * Support the E&A Operational Support colleague to include: * Meet twice weekly to review expiring funding requests. * Support proactive reach-out to opportunity owners in coordination with Support colleague. * Work with colleagues on investment program analysis. Operational Support: * Program Responsibilities: * Assume investment program responsibilities including: * Maintain the tracker of expiring investments. * Proactive reach-out to individual opportunity owners and regions for investments expiring in 30 days. * Terminate/extend investment requests per guidance from funding request owners. * Provide updates on investments expiring and claimed funding to the Growth Office team. * Update investment reporting dashboard weekly. * Coordination and Analysis: * Coordinate with investment lead and AWS investment team on updates to the investment program. * Assist in analysis on the investment program, as needed, in coordination with the investment lead. * Create and track all investment program POs and track payments against it. Requirements: * Proven experience in managing investment portfolios and governance processes. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to support detailed analysis requests. * Excellent communication and coordination skills. * Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and ecosystem partners. * Proactive and self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving KPIs. * Experience with AWS partner network and investment programs. * 10+ years of relevant Sales experience in the GPS Market. * Proven successful track-record of selling throughout all aspects of the sales cycle from lead identification, thru qualification, and deal closure. * Proven track-record of delivering new sales revenue. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a desire to deliver results. * Ability to develop and secure new relationships with buyers, decision makers, influencers, and other referral sources. * Expertise in relationship building that increases account penetration and leads to increased revenue opportunities within existing clients. * Success in working closely with service line leaders, partners, practitioners, and other SEs to develop joint go-to-market strategies. * Existing knowledge of the AWS offerings and value proposition is a must. * Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
