The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through various channels, including inside and outside sales. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, analyze their needs, and provide tailored solutions. As an Agent, you will play a crucial role in business development and account management, ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets. Responsibilities * Conduct inside and outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities. * Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify potential sales leads. * Engage in technical sales discussions, providing product demos to showcase features and benefits. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management. * Prepare and present proposals to clients, addressing their specific requirements. * Track sales performance metrics and report on progress towards goals. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales skills. Skills * Proven experience in inside sales, direct sales, or outside sales roles. * Strong analytical skills to assess market data and customer feedback. * Familiarity with technical sales processes and product demonstrations. * Excellent business development acumen with a focus on building long-term client relationships. * Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information clearly.
