Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences while managing staff, optimizing revenue, and maintaining high standards of service. This role requires a strong leader with a background in sales and business development, who can effectively analyze market trends and implement strategies to enhance hotel performance. Responsibilities * Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance departments. * Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue. * Manage relationships with corporate clients and B2B partners to drive business development. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. * Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all levels of the hotel. * Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency. * Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements as necessary. * Prepare reports on hotel performance metrics and present findings to upper management. * Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure profitability. Skills * Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role with a strong focus on sales management. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally. * Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and market trends effectively. * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems for account management and lead generation. * Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively. * Strong business development acumen with experience in B2B sales strategies. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with guests and staff. * Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.
