Glue Up is looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us identify and nurture exciting new business opportunities in the fast-paced world of SaaS. What You'll Do: * Qualify leads generated from marketing campaigns, events, and your own proactive outreach to convert them into high-potential sales opportunities. * Engage with prospects through a mix of cold calls, emails, and personalized communication to spark interest and create meaningful connections. * Present Glue Up's innovative products to prospective clients, demonstrating how our all-in-one engagement management platform can transform their operations and grow their organization. * Build strong, lasting relationships with prospects and clients, becoming a trusted advisor and fostering long-term partnerships. * Proactively seek new business by identifying untapped markets, key decision-makers, and emerging opportunities. * Schedule meetings or calls between prospects and Account Executives to drive the sales process forward. * Report weekly on your sales results and key activities to the Sales Manager, highlighting wins and opportunities for growth. * Stay informed about our latest products, services, and pricing strategies to effectively position Glue Up as a leader in the industry. What You Bring to the Table: * 1-2 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of generating leads and hitting sales targets in the SaaS or technology sector. * A solid understanding of sales techniques, including cold calling, relationship building, and nurturing potential leads. * Experience using CRM software like Salesforce or HubSpot to track and manage your sales activities. * A deep appreciation for sales metrics and an ability to analyze performance to continuously improve your approach. * Exceptional communication skills - whether on the phone, via email, or in person, you know how to engage and build rapport with clients. * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. * A startup mindset: Adaptable, resourceful, and passionate about growing with a fast-evolving company. * A desire to be part of a diverse, global team that celebrates innovation and collaboration.
