Looking for a motivated customer service representative to help with our agencies current and growing personal lines book of business. This position will provide top quality and timely assistance to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction and will be responsible for but not limited to the below listed responsibilities, as well as to assist in handling miscellaneous activities as needed in the day to day operation of Billmarks Lakes area Insurance. Responsibilities: * Provide a high level of client service on a daily basis. * Provides proactive day-to-day client service by anticipating and evaluating client needs and responding to client questions in a timely manner. * Processing policy change requests and endorsements. * Preparing Presentations and renewal data. * Conduct client renewal reviews. * Reviews client exposures, loss experience and current coverage and recommends appropriate products and services. Presents clients with accurate market data from appropriate resources to advice and counsel on complex risks. * Responsible for quoting new lines of business. * Accountable for client retention through delivery of exceptional client service. Qualifications: * A current Minnesota Property and Casualty License is preferred. * High School Diploma required / College Degree preferred. * Ability to prioritize workload according to volume, urgency, and deadlines, etc. * Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail. * Strong ability to communicate both verbal and written. * Ability to be discrete and maintain confidentiality on a wide range of issues * Resourceful and proactive. * Current Computer Skills.
