Overview Knockout Strategies, Inc. is looking for a team lead to support Dr. Newton's Naturals inbound sales efforts. Our client, Dr. Newton's Naturals, is the industry leader of natural health supplements. For close to 30 years, Dr. Newton's has been helping people maintain a healthy, active lifestyle by providing the purest, most innovative and cutting-edge health supplements on the market today! This position will have the privilege of leading a team of well-trained and highly-skilled inbound sales agents to meet and achieve targeted sales goals by maximizing the sales agents' performance. This is an hourly plus commission based, part-time weekends only position (8 hour shift each day) that has the potential for full-time employment for the right individual. Duties * Supervise and motivate sales agents. * Answer Inbound sales calls as required. * Generate call center reports as required. * Assist Call Center Manager with call calibrations and sales training. * Assist Call Center Manager in meeting and achieving targeted sales goals. * Other duties as assigned. Skills * The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years call center, customer service and/or supervisory experience. * Great leadership skills and, most of all, enjoy being creative and constantly challenging yourself and others. * A strong understanding of the sales process and how to close. * Computer proficiency (i.e. excel).
