Summary We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping clients navigate their insurance needs, providing them with the best coverage options available. This position is based in Los Angeles, CA, and plays a vital role in our mission to deliver exceptional service and support. Responsibilities * Generate and follow up on leads through networking, referrals, and company marketing efforts * Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products * Educate clients on policy options and help them make informed decisions * Provide ongoing service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention * Process applications, bind coverage, and manage policy changes * Maintain knowledge of industry trends and carrier products * Meet or exceed sales goals and performance benchmarks Requirements * Active Property & Casualty insurance license (Life & Health license is a plus) * Proven experience in insurance sales or a strong desire to build a sales career * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Proficiency in insurance software or CRM systems is a plus Ready to Build Your Future in Insurance?
