SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST COMPENSATION: $50,000-$60,000 base salary plus bonus and benefits. THE COMPANY: Commercial Marketing is a manufacturer's representative of several large brands within the shooting sports industry (CMMG and Ultradyne products to name a few!). We sell for quality manufacturers of modern sporting rifles and accessories; build relationships with big box wholesale and independent accounts and strategize to maximize sales for our manufacturers. THE SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST POSITION: We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to assist our Sales Coordinator with responsibilities relating to our sales process. You will support our sales team and assist with various responsibilities to help keep our sales flowing and accounts happy! SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES: * Answer calls and e-mails from customers and accounts. * Identify/prospect for new customers. * Build and develop a customer base by staying connected. * Assist with dealer registration and new dealer account set-up. * Update dealer website with current information and active promotions. * Provide assistance with customer orders, account statuses and troubleshoot order issues. * Enter purchase orders into sales software * Provide data, guides or any reports requested by sales reps. * Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information * Stay up-to-date with new product and feature information to easily answer customer questions. * Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience. * Travel is required: approx. 4-5 weeks per year attending trade shows, visiting key and prospective accounts. SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS: * Associates or Bachelors degree in business or related field, preferred * Proven work experience in customer service or sales * Comfortable with/previous experience making cold calls * Exceptional communication skills * Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel * In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices * Travel approx. 4-5 weeks per year
