Sales Manager - Lead Our Team to Success in Bus & Shuttle Sales! In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in shaping the success of our sales department, fostering a high-performance culture, and empowering our team to connect customers with the perfect bus and shuttle solutions. What you'll be doing: * Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of Sales Representatives focused on new and used bus and shuttle sales. * Establishing clear sales targets and performance metrics for the sales team. * Developing and implementing effective sales training programs to enhance the team's product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management skills. * Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing results, and identifying areas for improvement. * Providing ongoing coaching and support to Sales Representatives, including regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews. * Collaborating with the general manager and other departments to align sales strategies with overall company objectives. * Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers. * Staying up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. * Ensuring the sales team utilizes CRM effectively to manage leads, track activities, and forecast sales. * Participating in sales meetings and providing regular reports on team performance. What you bring to the table: * Proven experience in sales management, leading and developing a successful sales team. * Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. * Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. * A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting. * While not mandatory, experience in the vehicle industry (any type, not just buses or shuttles) would be a plus. * F&I experience a plus. * Additionally, any experience with vehicle financing processes would be beneficial. * A valid driver's license.
