Company Overview All Safe Global, Inc. is a leading servicer and wholesale distributor of compressed gas cylinders, valves, accessories, and beverage kegs. With over 45 years of experience, we pride ourselves on our extensive inventory and exceptional customer service across various business-critical sectors. Summary The Sales Operations Manager will lead our sales support functions, ensuring efficient order processing and outstanding customer experience. This role collaborates closely with Production, Finance, and Procurement to optimize the order-to-delivery process and drive continuous improvement. Salary range for this position is $70k-90k, tied to experience and qualifications. Variable incentive compensation potential tied to in-role performance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead and develop a high-performing customer service team, including Customer Service Representative(s) and a Customer Success Manager. Recruit, train, coach, and set clear objectives. * Manage the endtoend order-to-delivery process: partner with Sales, Production, Finance, and Procurement to ensure accurate, on-time fulfillment of sales & service orders. * Create and manage the protocols governing the creation of customer estimates/quotes and their subsequent conversion into customer orders. Align pre-sales support resources to front-line sales teams & opportunities. * Oversee the OnTime Delivery (OTD) program: facilitate OTD meetings on behalf of Sales, track performance metrics, implement corrective actions and lead continuous improvement efforts in collaboration with Sales and other ASG departments. * Act as primary liaison for strategic accounts: support Strategic Account Managers and key clients throughout the order lifecycle. * Oversee the execution of customer service-scheduling (route services) with a focus on driving consistency and improvements in Customer Experience across ASG locations. * Establish and monitor customer satisfaction performance metrics: analyze order defect data, report findings, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives. * Design and deliver training programs for internal sales teams and external customers on service processes and systems Maintain expert knowledge of All Safe Global's products and services to effectively support internal teams and customers. * Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven culture across Sales and cross-functional departments. * Perform additional duties as assigned by the Vice President of Sales. QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred). * Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, including management of customer service or sales support teams. * Proven track record in sales operations, customer service management, or related functions. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, etc.) and CRM systems (e.g., ACT! or similar). SKILLS & COMPETENCIES * Strong leadership and people management abilities, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and develop teams. * Entrepreneurial actor with the ability to manage the team's standard work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision. * Able to independently guide the creation of strategic, multi-year, departmental-level roadmaps complete with objectives, KPI's, staffing forecast and implementation timelines while also exhibiting a high degree of proficiency at cross-departmental collaboration during the development of those roadmaps. * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. * Analytical and strategic thinker: ability to interpret data and drive informed decisions. * Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. * Selfstarter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. * High ethical standards and a commitment to professional integrity. * OTHER REQUIREMENTS * Standard work is to be completed in-office Monday-Friday. * Infrequent, occasional travel may be required. * PHYSICAL DEMANDS * Regularly required to sit, talk, and hear. * Occasional lifting and handling of objects up to 25 pounds. * Close and distance vision capabilities.
