Salary: $7000.00 per month * Benefits Monthly Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Work from Home Flexible Schedule Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities * Responsibilities Responsibilities: * Meet and exceed new business production goals and objectives. * Develop insurance quotes, present tailored solutions, and close sales. * Build and maintain networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, and Business Owners. * Educate clients on commercial insurance policies that best suit their business needs. * Prospect and generate new business through agency-provided leads and referrals. * Utilize VOIP telephone systems, automatic dialers, CRM systems, and other technologies to connect with prospective clients. * Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and market trends. * Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and follow-up activities. Requirements * Bilingual (English and Spanish) is required. * Minimum 1 year of prior commercial insurance experience required. * Active Property and Casualty License (or ability to obtain quickly). * Strong sales skills with a proven ability to close deals. * Tech-savvy with strong typing skills and ability to master new systems. * Professional phone and email etiquette. * Career-focused mindset with a sense of urgency and drive to succeed. * Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills. * Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment.
