Responsibilities: * Lead, Train, and Manage: Recruit, train, and support a dynamic sales team, guiding them to success while fostering a positive, high-energy atmosphere. * Client Acquisition: Lead client acquisition efforts, including initial inspections, insurance adjustments, closing deals, and managing team quotas. * Team Development: Conduct daily team calls and weekly training sessions, setting individual performance goals that motivate and inspire. * Operational Leadership: Share and align Denver Roof Pros' vision and goals, ensuring the sales team feels connected to the company's mission and purpose. * Customer Service Excellence: Train the team to provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every client interaction is positive and impactful. * Foster a Positive Environment: Cultivate a culture of fun, camaraderie, and achievement, where every team member feels valued, motivated, and excited to come to work every day. Qualifications: * Experience required: * MUST HAVE: 3-5 years in the roofing industry, with at least 2 years of documented experience managing roofing/restoration sales teams. * Sales Expertise: Strong knowledge of roofing sales and "up-sell" techniques. * Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and CRM software. * Hands-On: Able to safely climb ladders and walk on roofs for inspections and adjuster meetings. Compensation & Benefits: * Base Salary/Compensation starting at $90k+, based on experience * Total compensation unlimited, multiple 6 figures very possible. * Commissions: High industry commission rates + overrides on team sales * Bonuses: Performance-based incentives * Company Truck: Provided for work-related travel * Benefits: Company-paid health insurance + 401k after 90 days Why Denver Roof Pros?
