Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth checkout experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries. * Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using POS systems. * Maintain knowledge of store products and promotions to provide informed recommendations. * Supervise stock levels and assist with inventory management as needed. * Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer engagement and sales. * Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the checkout area. * Provide exceptional phone etiquette when answering customer calls. * Assist with training new staff members on cash register operations and customer service protocols.
