Job Summary: As a Commercial & Industrial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling water treatment applications to business customers. This role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and handling service issues. Our customers are in every industry, including schools, hospitals, hotels, restaurants, car washes, food & beverage, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical companies. Responsibilities: * Responsibilities include; growing the existing customer base, prospecting at local businesses and new construction projects, following up on incoming sales leads, researching new building projects, bidding on projects, establishing and maintaining a professional relationship with engineers, contractors, construction managers, and business owners/operators. * C&I Sales Representatives work as partners with their customers to determine the best water solutions for the needs of their business. Starting with a water analysis and a review of system requirements, they can help customers increase the life span of their equipment, save money on water treatment chemicals, reduce downtime and enhance water quality. * Culligan's C&I Sales Representative's use a consultative, customer-focused sales approach that sets Culligan apart from our competition. In addition to selling our products, the sales representative should be able to consult with customers on product application and installation. * Culligan's solutions include a variety of product offerings: water conditioning, water softening, reverse osmosis, bottle-less coolers, deionized services, parts and repairs and service contracts. * Business-to-Business cold calling is required. * Culligan provides customers flexible financing with purchase, rental or lease options. *Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in a sales/mechanical repair field * 2-3 years experience in a related role, prefer experience with water treatment equipment * Prefer B to B sales experience, especially in a Franchise environment * Able to read and interpret Blueprints and/or technical drawings * Must exhibit excellent oral/written communication skills, including PowerPoint * Frequent travel (up to 50%) Compensation: * Up to $100,000/year base (depends on experience) plus uncapped commission Benefits: * Competitive salary and uncapped commission structure. * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance. * Company car or car allowance. * Professional development and training opportunities. * Opportunity to work with a market leader in water treatment solutions.
