About the Role: IBC Roofing Wilmington is seeking motivated and outgoing Sales Canvassers to join our field team. This is a part-time role with a solid base salary and strong commission potential. Your primary responsibility will be to identify homes with possible roof damage, engage with homeowners, and schedule inspections. Ideally Sales Canvassers will work their way into a Project Manager Role. Details of growth opportunities can be discussed in scheduled interviews. Key Responsibilities * Door-to-door canvassing in Wilmington and surrounding areas * Identifying potential roof damage * Scheduling inspections with homeowners * Representing IBC Roofing with professionalism and enthusiasm * Tracking work hours and reporting progress to location GM Compensation * Base Salary: $2,000/month base salary plus commission * Mileage Reimbursement Qualifications & Requirements * Comfortable with door-to-door communication and sales * Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently * Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks * Sales experience or willingness to learn sales skills * Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills * Strong attention to detail and personal accountability Personal & Professional Expectations Personal Qualities: * Punctual and respectful of others' time * Completes tasks after being asked once * Works well without supervision * Self-disciplined and highly motivated Professionalism: * Dresses neatly and appropriately * Checks work for accuracy and quality * Asks thoughtful questions and responds confidently * Maintains respectful tone and nonverbal cues Software Competency: * Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Sales software (e.g., Acculynx) * Confident using email and phone systems Time & Task Management: * Arrives ready to begin work on time * Manages time effectively and works efficiently * Prioritizes tasks without sacrificing quality * Takes accurate lunch breaks * Delivers results over effort Job Type: Part-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Flexible schedule * Mileage reimbursement * On-the-job training * Opportunities for advancement * Paid sick time * Paid time off * Paid training Compensation Package: * Commission pay Schedule: * 4 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Experience: * Sales: 1 year (Preferred) Language: * Bilingual (Preferred) Work Location: On the road
