Job Summary This is a full-time on-site role for a bilingual Insurance Agent Trainee at Farmers Insurance District 56, located in San Diego, CA. The Insurance Agent Trainee will be responsible for assisting clients with their insurance needs, performing insurance sales, understanding and explaining insurance products, and developing and maintaining client relationships. Day-to-day tasks will include meeting with potential clients, assessing their insurance requirements, providing suitable insurance solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The trainee will also engage in regular training to gain deeper knowledge and expertise in insurance brokerage and finance. Duties * Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance policies based on their requirements. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service. * Conduct thorough policy reviews to ensure clients have the right coverage and understand their options. * Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide informed advice. * Process policy renewals, modifications, and claims efficiently while ensuring compliance with company standards. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall client satisfaction. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills.
