The ideal candidate possesses strong sales and customer service skills, has a keen ability to identify pest problems, recommend, sell and initiate the appropriate treatments. Duties * Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues. * Develop and implement customized pest control plans based on client needs. * Apply pesticides and other treatments safely and effectively, adhering to all safety regulations. * Provide product and plan explanations and educate clients on pest prevention techniques. * Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment details and client interactions. * Engage in outside sales activities, including cold calling potential clients to generate leads. * Manage assigned territories effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups with existing customers and pursuing new business opportunities. * Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and support. * Create service contracts with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction. Experience * Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. * Strong customer service background with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. * Experience in outside sales, pest control, or business development is a plus. * Familiarity with lead generation techniques and territory management strategies is advantageous. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
