Responsibilities * Provide need-based customer reviews focused on educating and advising customers about their insurance options * Serve as primary contact for customers to answer questions, adjust policies, add new policies, and make policy changes to accommodate individual customer needs * Work with a team of highly trained insurance representatives to build leads and seek potential marketing opportunities * Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. * Maintain a strong work ethic to reach self - determined daily goals to match the overall company objectives * Work well in both an individually motivated and team oriented work environment.
