As a Sales Professional, you will play a pivotal role in helping our customers find the perfect powersports vehicle to meet their needs and preferences. With a focus on customer service and sales excellence, you will guide customers through the sales process from vehicle selection to financing options, ensuring a positive and memorable buying experience. For more info on why our employees love working here, check out this video: [please apply online] Benefits * Retirement Benefits: 1 * Health Benefits: 1 * Life Benefits: 1 * Disability Benefits: 1 * PTO Benefits: 1 Responsibilities * * Assisting customers with vehicle purchases from several power sports manufacturers * Creating lifelong customers - through service - value and support * Training on the latest strategies * Providing the highest level of customer satisfaction Qualifications * * Prior sales experience is a plus but not absolutely required * A familiarity with powersports including but not limited to Arctic Cat and Polaris * A proven track record of solid work performance is mandatory * A willingness to cold-call customers and to develop leads * Our extensive Sales Training Program will help team members with limited experience to become successful and veteran salespeople to maximize their earning potential * Valid driver's license * Good driving record * Pass background and pre-employment drug screen
