Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our pharmaceutical products. * Manage account portfolios effectively to maximize sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction. * Analyze market data and sales trends to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and product launches. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback in the office database. * Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Experience * Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field is preferred. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. * Demonstrated success in outside sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and collaboration within the sales team. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. * Familiarity with product demos and the ability to convey complex information clearly.
