Position Overview We are looking for a driven, relationship-oriented Account Sales Representative to join our growing team. You'll play a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and maintaining client relationships--especially with quality professionals and companies in aerospace and manufacturing. Your primary goal: help organizations find the right solutions through our training and consulting services. Key Responsibilities * Sales & Business Development * Prospect and identify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking. * Nurture leads and guide potential clients through our sales pipeline. * Close deals and exceed sales targets for training programs, consulting packages, and custom solutions. * Client Relationship Management * Build strong, long-lasting relationships with quality managers, directors, and company stakeholders. * Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. * Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that align with our offerings. * Collaboration & Strategy * Work closely with the marketing team to refine messaging and support campaigns. * Provide feedback to leadership on customer needs, market trends, and service opportunities. * Participate in strategy sessions to continuously improve our client experience and offerings.
