Senior Business Development Specialist Job Responsibilities: * Lead the team in managing and maintaining relationships with e-commerce platforms TikTok, Temu, Shein, etc.), expanding and strengthening partnerships in line with the company's development plans. * Integrate internal and external resources to develop cooperation plans based on partners' needs, including but not limited to solution design, pricing strategies, system integration, and marketing plans. * Gather market and industry insights, adjust partnership strategies accordingly, and ensure the effective internal communication of platform policies and updates. Job Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field. * Fluent in both English and Mandarin. * Familiarity with the e-commerce industry; candidates with over two years of experience in e-commerce logistics, cross-border platform partnerships, or e-commerce operations are preferred. * Proactive, detail-oriented, and pragmatic, with strong communication skills, data analysis abilities, and the capability to perform under pressure. * Willingness to travel across the United States as needed.
