The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Strategic Commercial Sales Executive to drive aggressive growth and capture significant market share within the Reno business community. This is not a typical sales role. This is an opportunity to be a key player in disrupting the local waste management industry and building long-term client relationships. We need a hunter, that is not afraid of a challenge. Responsibilities: * Strategic Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, target, and acquire new commercial clients (businesses, industrial facilities, construction companies) throughout the Reno area. * Market Analysis and Competitive Positioning: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, analyze competitor strategies, and develop effective sales tactics. * Customized Solutions Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their specific waste management needs and develop tailored solutions that maximize efficiency and sustainability. * Complex Proposal Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition of Nevada Recycling and Salvage's services. * Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. * Contract Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate favorable contract terms and close deals to achieve aggressive sales targets. * Performance Tracking and Reporting: Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, monitor progress, and provide accurate sales forecasts. * Regulatory Compliance: Maintain a thorough understanding of local waste management regulations and ensure compliance in all sales activities. * Collaboration with Operations: Work closely with operations staff to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Qualifications: * Proven track record of success in commercial sales, preferably within the waste management or related industry. * Strong understanding of the Reno business landscape and local market dynamics. * Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. * Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized. * Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting . Understanding of sustainability and environmental compliance . Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred. Must be able to work in person.
